Creative Canvas – Mastering the Art of Drawing
The Department of Multimedia organized a workshop titled “Creative Canvas: Mastering the Art of Drawing” on September 30, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in Room No. 205, University Building I.
The session was conducted by Mr. Surojit Dhar, Lead Graphic Designer and Process Lead at Capgemini, and former Visual Designer at TCS. He shared valuable insights on the fundamentals of drawing and techniques essential for mastering creative illustration.
The workshop aimed to enhance students’ artistic skills, improve their understanding of visual composition, and inspire innovative thinking in design. The event was coordinated by Mr. Goutam Banerjee, HOD and Assistant Professor, Department of Multimedia, and Ms. Adwitiya Kar, Assistant Professor. Registered students of BSCAM Semester I actively participated, making the workshop an engaging and insightful learning experience.
