Industrial Visit to Manipal Hospital, Salt Lake
The Department of Hospital Management organized an Industrial Visit to Manipal Hospital, Salt Lake, on 7 September 2026 for the BBAHM 2026 Batch – 1st Year students. The visit provided students with practical exposure to hospital infrastructure, departmental functioning, patient-care services and administrative operations.
Students observed hospital workflows, explored various departments and interacted with hospital personnel to understand day-to-day healthcare management practices. The visit helped bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world hospital operations, while enhancing students’ understanding of teamwork, communication and patient-centred care.
The programme contributed to experiential learning and students’ professional development in hospital management.
