The Brainware University, successfully organized an 8-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Academic Leadership, Research and Learner Success” from 5th to 13th June 2026. The programme aimed to prepare faculty members for the evolving demands of higher education by strengthening their capabilities in mentoring, research, student engagement, placement readiness, quality assurance, and innovative teaching practices.
The FDP featured interactive sessions led by eminent internal and external experts, covering themes such as scientific mentoring, career guidance, student well-being, ethical use of Artificial Intelligence in research, IQAC and NAAC preparedness, and modern pedagogical approaches. The sessions combined expert lectures with case studies, group discussions, practical activities, creative assessments, and collaborative learning exercises, ensuring an engaging and hands-on professional development experience.
The programme provided participants with valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness, research excellence, academic leadership, and learner-centered education. It reaffirmed Brainware University’s commitment to fostering continuous faculty development, academic innovation, and quality in higher education.
