
Awareness & Training Programme on Manupatra Legal Database School of Law Library 08-06-2026
The Central Library, Brainware University, organized an online User Awareness Programme on the Manupatra Online Legal Database for students, faculty members, and research scholars of the School of Law. The session was conducted to familiarize participants with the features and services of the Manupatra legal research platform and strengthen their digital legal research skills.
The programme introduced participants to the extensive collection of case laws, statutes, legal documents, and research resources available through the database. A live demonstration showcased effective search techniques, information retrieval methods, and best practices for utilizing Manupatra for academic, research, and professional purposes. Participants also engaged in an interactive session that addressed queries related to legal research and database navigation.
The programme successfully enhanced participants’ understanding of digital legal research tools, improved their legal information retrieval skills, and increased their confidence in accessing authentic legal resources. It reinforced the importance of technology-enabled legal research and encouraged greater utilization of digital library resources to support academic excellence and professional development.
