Industry Visit 2026: Learning Beyond the Classroom Computer Science & Engineering – Cyber Security & Data Science 24.03.2026 to 25.03.2026
The Department of Computational Sciences at Brainware University organized an industrial visit for B.Tech CSE-Data Science (Semester II) and B.Tech CSE-Cyber Security (Semester II) students to Techno Exponent, Salt Lake, Kolkata, on March 24 and 25, 2026. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to industry-standard software development practices, emerging technologies, and real-world IT operations.
During the sessions led by Mr. Partha Koley and Mr. Sourav Ghosh, students gained insights into AI applications, software development workflows, cloud computing, enterprise project execution, and workplace culture. The visit also highlighted the practical implementation of concepts from DBMS, Software Engineering, Computer Networks, and Cloud Computing in live industry projects.
The initiative successfully bridged the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, enhancing students’ technical knowledge, professional awareness, and career readiness.
