The seminar “Inside Out: A Journey from Fears to Resilience” was organized to help participants understand the psychological roots of fear, anxiety, and emotional challenges while exploring practical ways to transform these experiences into personal strength and resilience. The session focused on increasing awareness of how thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence behaviour and coping patterns, while introducing psychological tools such as emotional regulation, self-reflection, and adaptive coping strategies to support mental well-being and personal growth. Through engaging discussions on emotional awareness, coping mechanisms, positive thinking, and support systems, participants gained deeper insight into their internal struggles and learned practical strategies to manage challenges effectively. The seminar encouraged self-reflection, strengthened emotional resilience, and empowered students to approach life’s difficulties with greater confidence, psychological strength, and adaptability.
