AI Samvaad – Preparing Youth for Tomorrow Computer Science & Engineering – Cyber Security & Data Science 01-04-2026
The seminar “AI Sambaad” was successfully conducted on 1st April 2026 at the Auditorium, Building-II, as a collaborative initiative between IndGenius, the Department of CSE (CS & DS), Brainware ACM Student Chapter, and IIM Kolkata. The event aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry exposure while promoting awareness and discussion around Artificial Intelligence.
The seminar focused on the fundamentals and real-world applications of AI, along with emerging career opportunities in the field. It brought together students, faculty members, and industry experts, creating a dynamic platform for knowledge sharing and interactive learning.
The programme featured keynote addresses and expert sessions, including an insightful talk by Prof. Alok Kumar Rai, Director, IIM Kolkata, who highlighted the transformative power of technology, the importance of continuous learning, and the growing relevance of fields like AI and quantum computing.
