Starting something New, Starting Something Innovative: Sristi Agro Biotech Technical Director talks on ‘Entreprenovation’ at an IIC Seminar
The field of biotechnology is an inter-disciplinary one providing a lot of scope. India’s indigenous biotechnology sector has risen swiftly in current years, with the country’s biopharmaceuticals industry leading the charge.
Snehasis Koley, Technical Director, Sristi Agro Biotech was present at Brainware University to address a seminar on ‘Entreprenovation: An amalgamation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship’ organised by IIC in collaboration with the Department of Biotechnology.
Koley gave a short introduction of his company and the kind of activities it is involved with following which he interacted with the students regarding their goals, their job opportunities in the field of Biotechnology and research prospects. Koley also shared useful tips on how to go ahead if one aspires to initiate his or her own startup and the areas they can work upon.
This was certainly an enriching experience for the students!
