Brief Description of the Event:
On August 22, 2023, the Department of Computational Sciences (CSS), in collaboration with the IIC at Brainware University, hosted a seminar titled “Entrepreneurship to Increase Employability Index – Continuous Learning and Upskilling.” The session aimed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in today’s dynamic job market.
Mr. Tarak Kansabanik, Assistant Director at MSME India, stressed the value of continuous learning and innovation across all sectors. Students engaged in interactive activities like business idea generation, personal upskilling plans, and a mini pitch competition, enhancing their creativity and problem-solving skills.
Coordinated by Ms. Moumita Sarkar and Mr. Debarshi Bandyopadhyay, with faculty and IIC support, the seminar encouraged students to explore entrepreneurship as a viable career path while emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning.
