The Department of Biotechnology and IQAC at Brainware University recently hosted a thought-provoking career orientation seminar on “Food Safety Excellence in Meat Processing: Auditing under Global Standards (BRC, HACCP Level 4, and Codex Compliance).”
The session was led by industry expert Arun Prakash J, Regional QA Manager at Licious, who brought valuable real-world insights into the importance of global food safety regulations.
