A tribute in rhythm, movement and thought!

At Brainware University, the Institute of Nursing paid a heartfelt tribute to the timeless genius of Rabindranath Tagore on his 164th birth anniversary through Rabindra Utsav — a celebration that transcended time, discipline, and language.

The event unfolded with melodious group songs, evocative dance performances, and thought-provoking addresses, all rooted in Tagore’s philosophy of harmony, humanity, and creativity. Prof. Dr. B.B. Barik, Dean of the School of Medical and Allied Health Sciences, reminded the audience how the spirit of Rabindrik thought is relevant today across disciplines, in shaping a more compassionate world.

From soulful renditions to expressive choreography, students and faculty alike reconnected with Tagore, celebrating the bard not only as a poet, but as a way of life.
