The Department of Law, Brainware University, organised an Academic Session on Moot Court Training on March 29, 2025, at the Swami Vivekananda State Police Academy, Barrackpore. The session, accompanied by Mr. Amrita Dasgupta, aimed to provide law students with practical exposure to courtroom procedures, advocacy techniques, and legal drafting skills. Participants engaged in simulated court exercises that enhanced their understanding of legal reasoning, argument presentation, and professional ethics.
