The Department of English and Literary Studies, Brainware University, organised an awareness event titled “Beyond Binaries” to promote inclusivity and understanding of gender diversity. The programme aimed to create a platform for open dialogue on gender identity, equality, and social acceptance, encouraging students to challenge stereotypes and embrace diversity. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and creative presentations, participants explored how literature, language, and culture shape perceptions of gender.
