The Hematology Blood Banking Hands-on Training program held at OM Blood Centre from March 6 to May 26, 2025, proved to be a highly beneficial practical learning experience for the MLT students of Brainware University. It provided valuable real-time exposure to modern blood bank operations and enhanced students’ technical and ethical competencies. The initiative successfully met its educational objectives and contributed to the professional development of 71 future healthcare technologists.
