Awareness Program on POCSO Act, 2012, Domestic Violence Act, 2005 & HIV Awareness
The Department of Law and Department of Allied Health Science, Brainware University, in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), North 24 Parganas, organized an Awareness Program on The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, Domestic Violence Act, 2005, and Awareness on Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) on November 30, 2024, at 1 PM onwards in UB-VI, Room No. 207. The session aimed to sensitize students about legal protections, rights of victims, and the importance of gender sensitization and public health awareness.
