World Radiography Day Celebration 2024
The Department of Allied Health Sciences, Brainware University, celebrated World Radiography Day 2024 on November 8, 2024, at Vivekananda Bhaban, Nursing Building (Room No. 202) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Themed “Promoting the Profession,” the event featured Mr. Prosenjit Banerjee, Medical Technologist (Radiodiagnostics) and Radiological Safety Officer, Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata, as the resource person.
Students from the BMRIT 2023 and 2024 batches participated actively, gaining valuable insights into the significance of radiography in modern healthcare. The session highlighted the evolving role of radiographers and the importance of safety and professionalism in the field.
