Struggles are just hurdles that make us stronger!
At our seminar on ‘Gender Inclusivity’ Dr. Manobi Bandopadhyay, the trailblazing academician and author, shared her life’s dramatic highs and lows. Reflecting on society’s progress, she quipped, ‘Want to know if things have changed? Just hop on a local train!’ Dr. Bandopadhyay also touched on the complexities of gender, pointing out how power is often viewed as masculine. As an educator, she highlighted a major challenge in today’s classrooms—students attend but often lack genuine interest. Her call to action? Teachers must find creative ways to ignite that passion for learning!
