The Beat the Heat: Stay Cool and Safe event at the Netajinagar Sporting Club concluded with a sense of accomplishment and a renewed focus on heat safety among the children. Through interactive presentations, engaging activities, and the distribution of ORS water, the event successfully educated the children about the dangers of extreme heat and empowered them with practical knowledge to stay cool and healthy during the summer months. The children’s enthusiasm and participation in the games and demonstrations were a testament to the effectiveness of the event & approach. The take-home materials will serve as a valuable resource for them and their families, promoting further awareness and encouraging safe practices beyond the event itself.
