Distinguished speakers from the pharmaceutical sector and academia shared their expert views on the changing demands of the pharmacy profession and how NEP can support industry-linked learning. They highlighted the importance of skill-based education, research-driven learning, and stronger collaboration between institutions and industry to enhance employability and innovation in pharmacy practice. Students actively participated and gained valuable insights into real-world challenges, new industrial expectations, and future opportunities in the field. The session was coordinated by Dr. Vivek Barik, with support from co-coordinators Mrs. Piyali Khamatji and Mr. Bramhajit Chatterjee. The event concluded with a positive message encouraging students to follow Prof. Schroff’s legacy and contribute towards advancing pharmaceutical education and healthcare in India.
