A large collection of books covering various disciplines such as science, technology, management, literature, social sciences, healthcare, and competitive exam preparation were displayed by different publishers and vendors. Students, research scholars, faculty members, and staff visited the exhibition in significant numbers. Many participants actively interacted with the book distributors, explored newly published titles, and purchased books of their interest and requirement. The event created an enriching academic environment and served as a platform for enhancing reading habits, supporting self-learning, and improving knowledge resources for both teaching and research purposes. It also helped in strengthening library-user engagement by exposing them to diverse reading material beyond regular course content. Overall, the Book Exhibition-Cum-Sale 2024 was highly successful, with positive feedback received from visitors. The Brainware University Library plans to continue hosting such academic initiatives in future to further encourage reading, learning, and knowledge enhancement among the university community.
