SDG 1: No Poverty  |  Metric 1.4 Community anti-poverty programmes

1.4.4 Policy making addressing poverty

Brainware University’s report for Academic Year 2024–25 highlights its approach to contributing to SDG 1: No Poverty through professional engagement, institutional collaboration, community development, and knowledge sharing. The report includes a Life Membership Card of the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI) as evidence of professional association membership by the Principal of the Institute of Nursing. Such professional networks can facilitate knowledge exchange and promote healthcare practices relevant to social welfare. However, the submitted document establishes professional engagement rather than direct institutional participation in policy-making. The University should supplement it with documented evidence of policy consultations, committee participation, or government-level engagement.
