About Brainware University
Brainware University Kolkata, a part of a 35-year-old leading education group, Brainware of West Bengal, started with the aim of contributing to nation-building through research, innovation and quality education. It is the brainchild of Mr. Phalguni Mookhopadhayay, its hands-on chancellor, whose acumen and vision have transformed Brainware University into one of the best crucibles of learning in a short period of five years.
For over 35 years now, more than 2 lakh students have passed out from Brainware. Most of them are now well-established and thriving. Our aim has always been to make quality education affordable for students coming from all strata of the society as well as help them ease into successful careers of their choice. It still is,” the chancellor says. Established in 2016 as a UGC-recognised, private state university in West Bengal, Brainware University offers over 70+ PhD, PG, UG, Diploma and Skills programmes to over 17,000 students on its state-of-the-art, sprawling, green, ragging-free campus.
The university provides a well-stocked library with national and international journals, providing adequate resources to the students for academic pursuits. Education is incomplete without sports and recreational activities. Brainware also organizes seminars, workshops, fests to unleash the creativity of students. To tap into their hobbies, students could also join different types of clubs like photography clubs, tech clubs, communication clubs, and more. Even in this pandemic, the education process has never stopped. The online classes helped the students continue their courses uninterruptedly.

ABOUT ICSCI 2025
The International Conference on Sustainable Computing for Industry (ICSCI - 2025) is planned to create awareness and provide a common platform for the professionals, academicians and researchers working in the area of Sustainable Computing to analyze state-of-the-art developments, innovations and future trends and thereby contribute to the much-needed dissemination of latest developments and advances in these fields. It is a well-known fact that research plays a vital role in teaching and academics.
The International Conference strives for the relevance of education in the area of sustainable development by focusing on all efforts to improve the quality of education to target the fourth goal specified by the United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDG). This conference also addresses the ninth Sustainable Development Goal, which is "Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure." As highlighted in the UN’s most recent SDG progress report, the UN notes that the crisis usually offers the opportunity to foster industrialization and improve the global distribution of intelligent systems and sustainable computing technologies.
This conference provides a platform for interacting and exchanging ideas, experience, and expertise in the current focus of global research, recent developments, and challenges in emerging trends in the mentioned fields. Finally, this conference is going to be an intellectual arena that encompasses the ability to exchange and exhibit mutual respect and understanding of ideas, philosophical principles, cognitive styles, and mindsets as well as acts of integrity and purposeful personal reflection.
The Submitted papers are expected to cover state-of-the-art technologies, product implementation, ongoing research as well as application issues and its related fields.

Preparation of Papers:
Instructions:
1. Kindly use the Full Paper Template provided by the website (in the Download tab) for formatting your paper.
2. The paper should be original and should not have been submitted anywhere/published else or be under review for any journal or other conferences.
3. The plagiarism should be less than 10 percentage
4. The full article must be submitted as a MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format.
5. Before submitting your paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise and coherent. This is especially important if English is not your first language.
NOTE: At least one author must register for the paper to be included in the conference. Only registered & presented authors will be allowed to present papers and will be given the conference certificates. Only presented papers will be processed for publication. Nobody will be allowed to make more than two presentations during the conference. This is done to ensure diversity and inclusivity of more active participants in the conference. NO PAPER SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN SIX AUTHORS.
How to submit a manuscript?
1. Perspective authors shall submit the full-length manuscripts via given submission link – https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICSCIconf2025
2. Authors will receive notification from the conference once the Technical Program Committee has reviewed the manuscript. The committee accepts only full-length papers for review not the abstracts.
Review Process & Oral Presentation:
All papers with a similarity score of less than 10% will undergo a double-blind review. The technical committee of the conference will review the papers, and the authors will be notified of the paper s status, which can be one of the following:
1. Accepted for oral presentation
2. Accepted with minor corrections for Oral Presentation
3. Rejected

How to register?
Final submissions can only be uploaded with regular registration, and at least one author of each paper must register at the regular rate.
This fee is only applicable to a single author from each paper who will be coming to present his/her paper in the respective venue of the conference. For each paper, if more than one author will come to present the paper then the requisite amount as mentioned is required to be paid by each author at the conference venue (this includes registration kit, and Food coupon for two days of the conference).
-If an author has more than one accepted paper, each paper has also to be registered.
