FlowTask: A Startup Story at Brainware University
What if your company had a memory and your AI agent could actually remember it?
Think about everything that happens before a task gets done.
A decision buried in a Slack conversation.
A client detail sitting inside an email.
A process explained in a document.
A workflow that exists only because someone on the team knows exactly how it works.
The information is there. But the AI doesn’t automatically know what to do with it.
That gap sparked an idea for our students Bibhash Dutta, Vishal Naskar, Manjeet Kumar, and Sagar Bhadra.
What if company knowledge could stop being something people repeatedly explain—and become something an AI agent could remember, understand, and execute?
That idea became FlowTask. An AI-native execution tool built around a simple shift:
Don’t just give AI information. Give AI the memory behind the work.
FlowTask brings together knowledge from Slack, emails, and documents, turning scattered information into structured, executable skill files that an AI agent can use.
No starting from zero.
No teaching the same process again.
No manually updating AI every time the company evolves.
Because the real challenge isn’t making AI know more. It’s helping AI know how things get done.
And that is what makes FlowTask more than just another AI idea.
It is a student-built attempt to rethink the relationship between people, knowledge, and intelligent systems.
At Brainware University, entrepreneurship is not just about having an idea. It is about taking that idea out of the classroom, giving it a problem to solve, and building something that can move with the world.
Four students. One question. One bold shift from AI that knows, to AI that remembers and acts.
This is FlowTask.
Your company’s knowledge, transformed into your AI’s memory.
