The USP of Brainware is the placement and pre placement process, which ensures that all the graduates are made employable and get duly placed. Brainware boasts of a dedicated pre placement team that coaches the graduates in English communication skills and helps them develop enviable soft skills,  and a placement cell with pan Indian networks that works hard to provide our graduates with job opportunities throughout India, conducts tests and final interviews and also assists candidates to get into the company of their choice.

The students are placed through three types of campus placements - namely on campus placements where the firms come on campus to recruit graduates, pool campus placements - wherein a company invites a number of colleges to a venue and recruits eligible candidates from those who attend the event and off campus placements, where a particular college is called to visit the venue/premise of the company.

The placement assistance starts as early as July - August for the 4th or final year students and continues till June/July of the following year. Before placements start, the graduates are made to attend a mandatory counselling session where they are made aware of the nitty gritties of the placement process - like the do’s and don'ts during placements, how to sit for the interviews etc. The graduates are also made to go through the compulsory pre placement soft skill training, where the soft skills training team trains them how to communicate (speak, write and read) in English flawlessly and how to handle stress interviews.

After this interested candidates have to fill up a placement registration form in order to take part in placements. Each candidate is provided 8-13 opportunities for getting placed.  Numerous illustrious companies like Cognizant,, Nestle, Nilon’s, PwC, Reliance Life Insurance etc. have visited our campus and have Brainware students working with them. Thus Brainware leaves no stone unturned to ensure maximum number of students get placed at quality firms.
