Compositing, an art of creating visual illusion by blending images from multiple sources into a single, seamless whole, is a technique that is in vogue in the field of Visual Effects. Brainware University has always believed in encouraging its students in achieving career oriented goals, keeping them at par with the current trends.
In this context, a Workshop on Advanced Compositing was organized by the Department of Multimedia. It was attended by the students of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Multimedia and Web of 3D and VFX skill area. The session was conducted by Mr. Arijit Paul a Senior Stereoscopic Compositor of Prime Focus.
The primary focus of the workshop was to cover Rotoscopy, Matchmove and Rotomation. It was an interactive workshop enriched with discussions, demonstrations and speeches which amply helped the audience to develop deeper insight on the subject. A part of the workshop concluded with a note of appreciation. The second part of it is to be scheduled later on.
