Nursing VI Semester students. The programme aimed to promote awareness about the nutritional, immunological, developmental, and emotional benefits of breastfeeding while encouraging healthy infant-feeding practices. Through an interactive health-awareness session, participants were guided on exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months, appropriate breastfeeding practices, proper positioning and attachment, and the continuation of breastfeeding alongside complementary feeding after six months. The session also addressed common misconceptions and challenges related to breastfeeding and highlighted the important role of families and healthcare professionals in supporting breastfeeding mothers.
