The competition was conducted in a chit-based extempore format, where participants randomly selected topics related to mental health and were given one minute for preparation followed by two minutes for presentation. With no language barrier, students were encouraged to express their views in a language they were comfortable with, fostering confidence and inclusivity. The initiative promoted open conversations around mental health while helping students develop spontaneous thinking, creativity, effective communication, and public-speaking skills.
