The session focused on promoting <strong>physical well-being, mental resilience, and emotional balance<\/strong> among students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme highlighted the importance of <strong>balanced nutrition, mindful self-care, stress management, and self-compassion<\/strong>. Students gained practical insights into maintaining healthy lifestyle habits, building emotional resilience, and incorporating wellness practices into their daily routines.
