The seminar aimed to enhance awareness among faculty members regarding the prevention and management of common noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). The session focused on major risk factors associated with lifestyle-related disorders, the importance of balanced nutrition and regular physical activity, early warning signs of hypertension and diabetes, and the benefits of routine health screenings. The programme included an inauguration, briefing, step-by-step demonstrations, hands-on activities, interactive discussions, Q&amp;A, and a vote of thanks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme successfully enhanced the health literacy and preventive awareness of the participating faculty members and encouraged them to adopt healthier lifestyle practices. It also highlighted the role of educators in promoting healthy and stress-free academic environments. The initiative aligned with <strong>SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being<\/strong> by promoting preventive healthcare and awareness of chronic lifestyle diseases, while supporting <strong>SDG 4: Quality Education<\/strong> through practical health education for educators.
