The programme aimed to enhance the health literacy of faculty members regarding the prevention and management of common noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). The session focused on identifying major risk factors associated with lifestyle-related disorders, the importance of balanced nutrition and physical activity, early warning signs of hypertension and diabetes, and the significance of regular health screenings. The programme included an inauguration, briefing, step-by-step demonstrations, interactive discussions, hands-on activities, Q&amp;A, and a vote of thanks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme successfully enhanced participants\u2019 awareness of preventive healthcare and encouraged the adoption of healthier lifestyle practices. The discussions also emphasized the role of educators in promoting a healthy and supportive environment within academic institutions. The initiative aligned with <strong>SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being<\/strong> by promoting preventive measures against chronic diseases and supported <strong>SDG 4: Quality Education<\/strong> by strengthening health literacy among educators.
