The programme aimed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of first aid and safety awareness, enabling them to recognize, assess, and respond appropriately to common medical emergencies in domestic and workplace settings. The session included an introductory briefing, step-by-step demonstrations, hands-on practice, and interactive discussions covering environmental safety, basic management of minor burns, cuts, and animal bites, as well as awareness regarding common myths and unsafe first-aid practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme successfully enhanced participants\u2019 awareness and confidence in responding to everyday emergencies through simple and practical first-aid measures. It encouraged a calm, systematic approach to emergency situations while emphasizing the importance of seeking professional medical assistance after providing initial care.
