The programme focused on providing participants with practical knowledge and hands-on exposure to essential first-aid and bandaging techniques. The session included an introductory briefing on wound care and hygiene, step-by-step demonstrations of bandaging techniques, hands-on practice, interactive discussions, and skill validation. Participants were trained to manage wounds, control bleeding, and stabilize injured limbs while understanding the importance of seeking professional medical assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme successfully enhanced participants\u2019 confidence and practical skills in responding to minor injuries and emergency situations. It promoted awareness of safe injury management and encouraged a proactive approach to emergency preparedness. The initiative aligned with <strong>SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being<\/strong> by promoting first-aid awareness and community safety, and <strong>SDG 4: Quality Education<\/strong> through practical, experiential skill development.
