The programme focused on promoting mental well-being, reducing stigma associated with mental illness, and encouraging recovery-oriented care among residents, caregivers, and rehabilitation professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme featured an interactive audio-visual session covering mental health awareness, common psychiatric disorders, early identification and timely intervention, medication adherence, counselling, stress management, and emotional regulation. Participants were also sensitized to the importance of healthy lifestyle practices, family support, community reintegration, and vocational engagement in the rehabilitation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The outreach programme provided a meaningful platform for knowledge sharing and interaction, strengthening awareness around mental health and holistic rehabilitation.
