Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Business Analytics, Data Visualisation Programming Using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and Python\u00a0<\/strong> Management 05-06-2026 to 17-06-2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Department of Management, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized a 13-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Business Analytics, Data Visualisation Programming Using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and Python<\/strong> from 5th June to 17th June 2026<\/strong> at Lab Room No. 501, UB-VI<\/strong>. Coordinated by Mr. Rupam Dhani<\/strong> with the support of Dr. Anik Ghosh<\/strong>, the programme aimed to enhance the analytical and digital competencies of faculty members through hands-on training in contemporary business analytics tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FDP featured expert lectures, live demonstrations, practical laboratory sessions, and case-based learning activities covering advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and Python for data analysis, visualization, dashboard creation, and predictive analytics. Participants worked with real-world datasets, gaining practical experience in data cleaning, transformation, and business intelligence while exploring the application of analytics in teaching, research, and institutional decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme witnessed active participation from faculty members across Brainware University and successfully strengthened their ability to integrate data-driven approaches into academic and professional practices. The FDP concluded with participants acquiring valuable industry-relevant skills that will enhance teaching effectiveness, research quality, and innovation, reaffirming the Department of Management’s commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in management education.<\/p>\n\n\n
