The session focused on educating students about the POSH Act, the role of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in reporting and grievance redressal, and the importance of maintaining a respectful and ethical professional environment in healthcare settings. The programme included an inaugural session, technical sessions in both physical and virtual modes, interactive Q&amp;A, feedback collection, and a vote of thanks.
