The event featured strength-based categories including Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, providing participants with a competitive platform to demonstrate power, endurance, technique, and determination. With active participation from 45 male students across various departments, the competition created an energetic atmosphere while encouraging students to adopt a disciplined and fitness-oriented lifestyle. Participants showcased dedication, confidence, and sportsmanship throughout the event, reflecting the growing culture of health and wellness on campus.
