Under the supervision of a senior physiotherapist, they conducted pre-match warm-up sessions, stretching exercises, and post-match recovery routines to reduce muscle fatigue, prevent injuries, and promote faster recovery. The volunteers also provided on-field assessment and first-aid management for minor sports injuries such as sprains, strains, and muscle cramps.
