The initiative provided physiotherapy support to athletes participating in the high-endurance vertical marathon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognizing the physical demands of stair running, physiotherapy services focused on pre-run warm-up, on-site observation, post-run recovery support, fatigue management, muscle cramp prevention, and athlete safety.
