Four final-year physiotherapy students participated as volunteers under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist, providing on-field assistance such as warm-up sessions, injury prevention guidance, and immediate care for sports-related injuries. This initiative effectively bridged academic learning with practical exposure in sports physiotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the tournament, the team conducted pre-match warm-ups, managed on-field injuries like strains and cramps, and facilitated post-match recovery sessions using stretching, ice therapy, and basic rehabilitation techniques. They also educated participants on hydration, posture, and injury prevention, promoting long-term musculoskeletal health and corporate wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aligned with SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education), the initiative enhanced player safety and performance while providing students with valuable hands-on experience.
