The seminar on \u201cThe Effectiveness of the Criminal Procedure Code\/BNSS in Ensuring a Fair Trial in India\u201d<\/em> was organized to provide a comprehensive understanding of the procedural framework governing criminal justice in the country. With the transition from the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) to the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), the session focused on strengthening the principles of fairness, transparency, and efficiency in criminal trials, while safeguarding the rights of the accused and ensuring justice for victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
