He encouraged students to adopt an entrepreneurial approach to career development by constantly learning, identifying opportunities, and creating value in any field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interactive sessions\u2014including brainstorming exercises, role-plays, pitch competitions, and personal upskilling plans\u2014helped students develop creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
