From the critical role of HACCP standards to alarming data on unsafe food practices, students gained a powerful understanding of the rigorous protocols that ensure quality and safety in food processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Prakash\u2019s engaging talk not only introduced students to international auditing practices but also inspired them to think about career opportunities in quality assurance, food technology, and regulatory compliance.
