This outreach activity was jointly organised by the departments of English and Literary Studies and Media Science and Journalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is by means of education, one can achieve and fulfill one&#8217;s dreams. Spreading awareness on the importance of education was the main objective of this outreach programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A drawing competition was organised for the children and school bags, sets of notebooks, geometry boxes, crayons, pencil pouches, globe, dictionary were given to the children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The faculty members also attempted to provide counselling to adolescent students regarding persistence in continuing higher education.
