The event aimed to prepare nursing students for workplace readiness, focusing on employability skills, professional conduct, and industry expectations. Ms. Piyali Bose, Nursing Director, Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata, and Ms. Dolly Biswas, Chief Nursing Officer, Fortis Hospital, Kolkata, served as guest resource persons, sharing valuable insights into clinical excellence and career advancement in healthcare. Organised by Ms. Sutapa Das and Ms. L. Suchitra Devi, the session provided students with practical guidance on effective communication, teamwork, and ethical nursing practice.
