Gouranga Sarkar, Senior Manager, Learner &amp; Development, L&amp;T Finance, brought in a wealth of insight with charm, wit, and clarity. Mr Sarkar reiterated that whether CEOs, traffic police officers, or homemakers, leadership is about taking responsibility and making decisions, not holding titles. Furthermore, he narrated the inspiring tale of Operation Sindoor, where two women officers led during a crisis, proving courage has no gender.
