The session was conducted by Prof. Harendra Kumar Singh, Head and Dean, Faculty of Commerce, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. Prof. Singh shared valuable insights into how management practices have evolved post-pandemic, emphasizing adaptability, digital transformation, and innovative leadership strategies in a changing global business landscape. The lecture inspired students to embrace flexibility, creativity, and technology-driven solutions to meet modern professional challenges.
