A welcome address was delivered by Dr. Asim Kumar Basak, President, IIC, followed by an introduction of the resource person by Dr. Sriparna De.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Rath shared his entrepreneurial journey, emphasizing innovation, market adaptability, and customer-centric approaches in building sustainable ventures. He demonstrated how technology and creativity can address medical challenges, including a live example of designing therapeutic footwear for flat feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the post-lunch session, he presented case studies on developing special shoes and artificial limbs, inspiring participants with his expertise and practical insights.
