In a remarkable gesture of gratitude and community service, the Department of Allied Health Sciences, Brainware University, organised a Free Health Checkup Camp for the brave officers of the Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate.
The initiative aimed to extend healthcare services to those who dedicate their lives to maintaining peace and public safety, reflecting Brainware University’s deep commitment to social responsibility and public well-being.
The event was graced by Shri Mukesh (IPS), Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar, and Shri Jayanta Kumar Saha, WBPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Traffic)-I, Bidhannagar, who were felicitated by Mr. Mrinal Bhattacharya, Director of Corporate Relations, Brainware University.

Conducted via Google Meet, the sessions aimed to equip faculty, students, and researchers with advanced legal research skills using SCC Online.
Mr. Rajesh Raina, Manager – Learning Centre, SCC Online, conducted the hands-on sessions covering case law retrieval, citation analysis, and effective research strategies. A total of 318 students from BBA LLB, BA LLB, LLB, and LLM participated enthusiastically. Coordinated by Ms. Bandana Basu and Ms. Mousumi Adak, the programme proved highly enriching, enhancing participants’ research and academic writing proficiency.
